British engineer Dr George Frodsham developed a way to remove disease from the body by using magnets. The device is called MediSieve and uses filters to remove infected cells out of the blood.

MediSieve aim to revolutionise the treatment of deadly blood-borne diseases, by creating the ability to more precisely extract these diseases. The device could be ready for clinical trials in 2020.
